It’s happened….
I am officially burnt out!

I LOVE keeping this blog alive and kicking, sharing amazing adoption resources & stories with you all. But I must admit that I am beginning to feel tired of keeping up with all the “hustlers” out there.
When I started blogging I had no clue what the behind the scenes was like. So when I started diving into that scene I found out that there were parts I would love and others that would tire me out.
The not so fun stuff were things like the contract I put myself in with an ad company (side bar stuff). They wanted me to stay consistent with my posts, makes sense from their side but the truth is I am a mother & wife first. Soooooo I decided to cancel my contract and slow my site down a bit. WAIT! It doesn’t mean I am quitting or going too far away, I just won’t be as consistent as you may be used to. I also have another avenue I am working on and would like to put some of my extra time there to see if I can make this thing happen. So if I miss a week don’t go away for good, just check back the next week to see whats up Image may be NSFW.

I will also give myself a break on the promotion side of things because that was part two of my burnout. This might mean less people find my content and have the chance to read it but I am just going to have to trust that things will be shared organically and the right people find what they need. I am sure you can help me with that…hint, hint, wink, wink Image may be NSFW.

The fun stuff I am going to try to hang onto. The blogging community that is between blogger and reader has been wonderful and I hope to continue to have these friendships. True friendships built on a common passion. Thank you for taking the time to connect and leave comments, I love it and continue to enjoy making new friends here on my blog or in my social media Instagram or Facebook.
So what is this extra time commitment I alluded to earlier? Wait for it…..
It’s a…….Podcast! Who knows, it may be something I stick to or it may end up being a short 1 season thing that I keep on the blog to continue to encourage others through. We will see!
So keep your eyes on the blog to find out when I finally launch this podcast. Originally I wanted to do this by the end of March…sigh….April is hear and I am just getting started. BUT THIS WILL HAPPEN…..I think…..
